As Global Capability Centers (GCCs) across APAC evolve into strategic innovation and data hubs, the challenge of managing data compliance across borders is becoming increasingly Complex. With new frameworks like the DOJ Bulk Data Transfer Rule in the U.S., India’s DPDP Act, and regional privacy laws such as PDPA, GCC leaders must rethink how data moves and how it’s protected.

Daniel now serves as Skyflow's Chief Security Officer, leading all aspects of security at Skyflow and ensuring that both Skyflow and its customers comply with security and privacy regulations worldwide.

Manish Ahluwalia is the Field CTO at Skyflow, where he leads the design of secure, scalable infrastructure for AI and data privacy.
